Pro-Am Competitors
We are available to work with students who are interested
in competing and performing on a more serious level.
Strictly Swing and Just Hustle Pro-Am students are
welcome, as well as students who wish to learn a choreographed
WCS routine.
All levels are welcome from Beginner to Intermediate/Advanced.
There are numerous competitions that have Pro-Am
divisions, here in the Midwest area, as well as nationally.
We’ll discuss your goals and ambitions and then figure
out the best events to attend.
Strictly Swing and Just Hustle competitors need to
purchase a minimum of 5 lessons (PRE-PAY plan, $200
for 5 lessons). Students working on choreographed
routines will pay a flat fee for the choreography
and will also pay for lesson time on an hourly basis
to learn the routine and work with their instructor.
All competition fees are the responsibility of the
student. If the instructor is already planning to
attend the event that the student wants to compete
in, no additional fees are required. If the student
wants to attend an event that the instructor would
not normally attend, the student will need to pay
for the instructor’s expenses to attend the event
(travel, hotel, meals, convention ticket).
If the student wins a cash award in a Pro-Am competition,
winnings will be split equally between the instructor
and the student. |
